Sentences

Hermiston Municipal Court has imposed the following sentences:

?Elijio Antonio Mendoza pleaded guilty to contempt of court. Judge Keith R. Kirkwood sentenced him to 90 days in jail and dismissed two charges of second-degree disorderly conduct.

?Juan David Dominguez-Lopez pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Refusing a Breath Test and Failure to Drive Within Lane; sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended; 24 months bench probation, 80 hours community service, submit to alcohol evaluation and recommended treatment at own expense, attend victims’ impact panel, driver license suspended one year, fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, plus other fees and assessments totaling $1,235.

?Oscar Hector Hernandez, also known as Gilberto Moreno-Espinoza, pleaded no contest to Driving While Suspended (misdemeanor); sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended; 12 months bench probation; fined $500, suspended, plus fees and assessments totaling $435.

?Marco Antonio Carlos Ramirez, pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to a Police Officer; sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended; 12 months bench probation; 20 hours community service; driver’s license suspended for one year; fined $250, plus other fees and assessments totaling $435.

?Francisco G. Sanchez, 20, pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants with a blood alcohol level of .03; agreed to a one-year diversion.

?Joshua Paul Jones, 23, pleaded guilty to DUII with a blood alcohol level of .14; agreed to a one-year diversion.

?Eric Ivan Sanchez, 20, pleased guilty to DUII with a blood alcohol level of .25; agreed to one-year diversion.
