Dog owners spend a lot of time and money on their pet grooming, watering and feeding. They care emotionally about their pet. If someone fed it something that made it sick or killed it, that person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I feel the same way about my lawn. I spend a great deal of time and money grooming, watering and feeding it. When you allow your dog to use my lawn as a toilet, you have just fed it poison.

For the few of you who actually clean up behind your dogs, I applaud you, but the damage already is done. You have murdered my lawn with poison.

I know you know it’s wrong, because I can never catch you. I respect your right to care about your pet and I would never do anything to harm it. Please respect my right to care about my lawn and stop allowing your pet to murder it.
