LA GRANDE 9, UMATILLA 0 – In La Grande, the Vikings never could get out of the gate and struggled throughout a Special District 7 loss.

The Vikings dropped to 0-5 on the season while La Grande moved to 3-1-1 overall and 1-1-1 in SD7.

“We just couldn’t get out and play any soccer (Saturday),” Umatilla coach Scott Bow said.

HE said the Vikings are looking forward to getting another chance against La Grande this Saturday at home, after they’ve had a week to get everybody healthy and work on some things in practice.
