Billie Lee Horn died July 3, 2008, in Kennewick, Wash. A gathering of friends will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 at 155 W. Highway 730 in Irrigon. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in charge of arrangements.
