Members of the Hermiston Public Library staff are looking for coffee cans with lids no larger than the three pound containers.

Marie Baldo, library director, said the story time kids need about 40-50 cans to make drums.

People who would like to donate cans should call the library at 567-2882 to verify that they are still in need before dropping off their cans.
