A local real-estate staple recently re-acquired its original name, and the owner said customers can expect a sustained high level of service.

Charlotte L. Dack and her team have re-assigned the name of Universal Realty to their business, removing the ERA designation which had preceded the moniker since 1980.

Dack said she thanks her past clients and looks forward to serving them in the future.
