Beginning Friday, Oct. 1, the Umatilla Public Library will have new hours as hollows: Mondays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
