Alton Kent Helton, 43, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Forgery II; sentenced to 30 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,000 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $133 assessment fees and $390 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Theft I and Possession of Forged Instrument; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment and $133 assessment fees for each count, and $1,617 restitution.

Michael Dean Payne, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Burglary II; sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $1,500 fine-suspended, $3,375 restitution, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $600 attorney fees.

Jamie Kathleen Leinweber, 38, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-methamphetamine; sentenced to 3 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $173 assessment fees and $540 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 30 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Drivers Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and 1 year drivers license suspension.

Shane Verhey Springer, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I; sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees.

Charles Ervin High, 64, of Payette, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Theft III; sentenced to $50 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $85 assessment fees.

Patrick Paul Owens, 51, Tacoma, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft III; sentenced to $50 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $85 assessment fees.

Tiffany Ann Pickel, 25, Electric City, Wash., pleaded guilty to PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $388 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $67 assessment fees and 3 months drivers license suspension.

Steven Michael Zacharias, 45, Echo, was convicted of PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $1,000 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $103 assessment fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Ronald Eugene Leeper, 35,Stanfield, was convicted of PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $173 assessment fees, $650 attorney fees and 6 months drivers license suspension; pleaded guilty to Forgery I; sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $173 assessment fees and $700 attorney fees.

Hector Montez Jr. 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $173 assessment fees, $700 attorney fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Travis Leroy Grigsby, 30, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 50 hours community service, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment and $133 assessment fees.

Ross Alan McLean, 47, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Contempt of Court; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 49 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $97 assessment fees.
