HERMISTON Lois Mae Schultz Reeser, 77, died Saturday, April 30, 2011, at her sisters home in Hermiston. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 7 from 1-4 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, 180 N.W. Second St., Hermiston. Private burial will be in the Hermiston Cemetery. Disposition was by cremation.
Mrs. Reeser was born Sept. 28, 1933, along with her twin sister Louise in Missoula, Mont., to Marvin and Olive Price. The family moved to Oregon in 1947; she returned to Hermiston in 1975.
She worked at Simplot, was a Derby booth manager in Ilwaco, sold Forrest saw blades at Walla Walla shows with her twin sister and owned a screen printing business.
She was married to Carl J. Schultz and had five children. She later married Melvin L. Reeser.
Survivors include twin sister Louise Johnson of Hermiston and sisters Karen Southmayd and Marlene Carroll; brother Gary Carroll; children Gerald Schultz, Sheila Sutton and Carl Schultz, all of Boise, Idaho, Dan Schultz of Hermiston and Wanda Shepard of Spokane, Wash.; friend Paul Bittlesto; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four nieces and nephews, and 14 great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Price and Olive Price Connelly Temple; brother Marion McCallum; and husband Melvin Reeser in 2008.
