Umatilla will celebrate National Night Out on Aug. 2. Because of the planned activities, the Umatilla City Council meeting has been moved to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at Umatilla City Hall, 700 Sixth St. The council usually meets on the first Tuesday of the month.
