Yvonne J. Yeley, 18, College Place, Wash., was convicted of PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $1,000 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $103 assessment fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Nathan Grant Temple, 18, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Minor in Possession-purchased alcohol; sentenced to $45 offense surcharge and $62 assessment fees.
