SENTENCES

 The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

Michael Deleon Torres, 30, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded guilty to Escape II; sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to PCS II-methamphetamine; sentenced to 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 1 year post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest; sentence discharged.

Jorge Navarro Amezcua, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 30 days jail, $750 fine, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

Joseph Ray Coyle, 31, Umatilla, pleaded no contest to Resisting Arrest, Interfering with Peace/Parole/Probation Officer an Menacing-domestic violence; sentenced to 2 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $1,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees for each count, $100 bench probation assessment and $340 attorney fees.

Ronald K. Cross, 24, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $750 fine, $103 assessment fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Tamera Jo Meissner, 29, College Place, Wash., pleaded guilty to Throwing Lighted Material; sentenced to $403 fine and $97 assessment fees.

Colton Robert Schell, 18, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Menacing; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 40 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

Matthew Eugene Martinez, 19, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $852 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $103 assessment fees and suspension of drivers license.

Yvonne Helen Richardson, 30, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

Cassandra Jeanine Baker, 25, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $415 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

Charles Melvin Pevy Jr., 33, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Assault II and Robbery II; sentenced to 70 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 3 years post-prison supervision for each count, $3,100 restitution and $1,950 attorney fees.

Thomas Elvin Lollar, 66, Nyssa, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 55 hours community service, $1,750 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment and $133 assessment fees.

George Edmund Smith III, 18, Sheridan, was found in Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to 6 months probation, 10 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $133 assessment fees and $100 attorney fees.
