Daniel L. Ronald M. Fagg, 67, Ukiah, pleaded guilty to Burning in Restricted Area; sentenced to $99 fine and $55 assessment fees.
Salvador Angel Gonzalez Urincho, 22, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Physical Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 30 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Menacing; sentenced to 10 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.
Danny Ray Graves, 58, OR Dept. of Corrections inmate, was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-methamphetamine; sentenced to 32 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Scott Wayne McCorkle, 33, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 5 days jail, 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $1,250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees, $550 attorney fees and 6 months drivers license suspension.

Richard Wayne Tolliver, 52, Westminster, Colo., was convicted of PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $388 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $67 assessment fees.
