Richard D. Brown, 65, of Hermiston died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011, in Hermiston. He was born Jan. 14, 1947. Memorial services with military honors will be held Friday, Dec. 16 at 1 p.m. at Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla. A second memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 440 Pine St., Hermiston. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
