Joel Bryce Joe Fricke, 55, of Hermiston died Sunday, May 6, 2012, at his home. He was born Feb. 24, 1957, in Santa Clara, Calif. Graveside services will be held Friday, May 11 at 1 p.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery. A gathering will follow at the Hermiston Eagles Lodge. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
