Dr. and Mrs. Mark Ransford of Hall, Mont., announce the engagement of their daughter Megan Marie to Jeremy Til Tullis. Til is the son of Becky Doherty of Ione and Mark Tullis of Hermiston.

Megan is a cardiac nurse in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Til is a captain in the army in explosive ordnance disposal stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado Springs.
