Ruby Perches of Umatilla and Kenneth Ball of Hermiston are announcing their upcoming wedding on Sept. 6, 2014, at the Bennett Botanical Gardens in Hermiston.

Ruby, the daughter of Raymundo and Margarita Perches of Benton City, Wash., and Thelma Perches of Umatilla, is a 2004 graduate of Umatilla High School.

Kenneth (Kenny) is the son of Gary and Michele Ball of Irrigon. He graduate from Riverside High School in Boardman in 1997. Kenny works at the Lamb Weston plant in Boardman on Line 2.
