The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

MISDEMEANOR

•Clinton Lavon Lathrom, 41, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $190 fine and $750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Rick Henry Cearns Jr., 25, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief III; sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $40 fine, $400 fine-suspended and $283 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Harley Wayne Bowe, 26, Chinook, Wash., was convicted of Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon; sentenced to $375 fine plus court assessment.

•Jorge Oblea Rodriguez, 21, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Victor Romero Ruiz, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $190 fine and $2,250 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Possession of Forged Instrument II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $190 fine and $2,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Daniel Bernard Loftus, 53, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Careless Driving; sentenced to $70 fine plus court costs and fees.

•Matthew James Way, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $190 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
