•Jentry Phillip Wedge, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Theft II and Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to $100 fine for each count (sentences discharged).

•Christopher Travis Herrera, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to $200 fine plus restitution to be determined (discharged); pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 3 months jail; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentence discharged.

MISDEMEANOR

•Shannon Bruce Carver, 60, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine, 90 days driver’s license suspension and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Cameron Edward Cahill, 29, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentenced to 60 days jail and $100 fine.

•Jose Luis Arevalo, 56, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 60 days jail, $100 fine and 120 days vehicle registration suspension, plus attorney fees.

•Jonathan Maruffo Garcia, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $100 fine.
