John Phillip Cermak was the son of John and Phyllis Cermak, younger brother to Brad and Jeris, born in Pendleton, Oregon, on October 24, 1952.

John was a lover of life, adventurer, and one “helluva” car salesman. The last three years he fought long and hard in his battle against cancer with friends and family at his side. He passed away in the comfort of his home in Beaverton, Oregon, on July 8, 2018.

John is survived by his wife Patti, his children Meagan, Lisa (Matt), Molly (Dane) and Johnny (Jessica), and eight grandchildren. John’s love of family was his joy in life and they carry memories of his infectious laugh, big bear hugs and mischievous smile with them forever.

Services will be held at Cedar Hills Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. on July 21, 2018. Drive careful.
