Theodore S. Flaiz, 98, of Hermiston, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2019, in Hermiston. He was born Sept. 23, 1920, in Bangalore, India. A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. at the First Christian Church, 775 W. Highland Ave., Hermiston. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
