Longtime Boardman resident D. LaVern Partlow, 98, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, in Condon. She was born Oct. 18, 1920, in La Grande. A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 17 at 11 a.m. at the Riverview Cemetery, Boardman. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
