When and why did you move to Hermiston?
October 1962. The day after the Columbus Day storm in Portland.
Where is your favorite place to eat in Hermiston?
That’s tough. I like a variety, which we have.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Hike and backpack during the summer.
What surprises you about Hermiston?
How big it’s gotten. And how some of the retail I grew up with is no longer here.
What was the last book you read?
“Everything is Fugureoutable,” by Marie Foleo.
What website or app do you use most other than Facebook?
I Believe for devotionals and Beachbody on Demand for my own workouts.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Alaska and Hawaii are still on my bucket list. But I wouldn’t mind going back to Spain.
What is the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you?
I’m drawing a blank on this one!
What is one of your goals for the next 12 months?
To get my business reopened and back to serving people.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Helping people make lasting changes in their life. Seeing the change that they don’t always see.
