Tuesday, Dec. 14

9:53 a.m. — A Heppner resident came to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and asked a deputy to contact him about telephonic harassment. A deputy did and advised the man to delete the number of his ex-girlfriend.

10:10 a.m. — An Irrigon resident reported he walked his dog on North First Street near the Columbia River and found a bunch of mail to different addresses. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

3:59 p.m. — A resident of West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston, reported a special needs person kicked and damaged her car.

Wednesday, Dec. 15

12:12 p.m. — A caller reported a disturbance at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 77514 Highway 207, Hermiston.

2:03 p.m. — A person asked to speak to a Hermiston police officer, claiming Hermiston police gave the wrong name in connection to a case in Yakima.

11:47 p.m. — A 911 caller on Umatilla River Road, Hermiston, reported a vehicle rolled. The caller did not know if anyone was injured.

11:59 p.m. — A caller reported the theft of a vehicle at Tri-Harbor Landing Apartments, 210 Klickitat St., Umatilla.

Thursday, Dec. 16

11:02 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 1600 block of West Sunland Avenue on a report of an assault.

11:42 a.m. — A man told Hermiston police someone broke into his 2002 Ford Expedition in an apartment complex parking lot on Southwest 13th Place and stole a welding machine.

12:15 p.m. — A caller at Port View Apartments, 320 Columbia Ave. N.E., Boardman, reported a friend was throwing herself against things and he was trying to prevent her from harming herself. Police and emergency services responded.

3:53 p.m. — A resident on Northeast Fourth Street, Hermiston, reported her friend’s ex is sitting in a vehicle outside the apartment.

8:11 p.m. — A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, reported hearing a loud boom that rattled the windows of his home. The caller said it could have been a firework or homemade bomb. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office checked the area but turned up nothing.

Friday, Dec. 17

12:03 p.m. — A resident on Olson Road, Boardman, reported a male chocolate Labrador and a smaller female black Labrador mix showed up on his property. They appeared friendly, the caller said, and they were contained. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy took the dogs to an animal shelter.

2:13 p.m. — A Heppner resident asked for contact from the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office regarding surrendering a dog to a shelter.

Saturday, Dec. 18

9:19 a.m. — A caller reported a goose with blood on it was in her son and daughter-in-law’s yard on South First Street, Irrigon, and they wanted to know what to do about it. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and provided options.

11:18 a.m. — A caller reported someone in a bright blue Ford F150 extended cab pickup dumped a load of tumbleweeds in the Turkey Shoots area on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded but did not find the pickup.

11:42 a.m. — A caller at Mountain Glen Apartments, 200 Pioneer Drive, Heppner, reported people were in the field with the cross and was concerned because cows in the field could become aggressive toward them.

8:47 p.m. — A resident of Driftwood RV Park & Resort, 800 W. Kunze Lane, Boardman, reported an Irrigon man stole a phone and bank card.

Sunday, Dec. 19

1:21 a.m. — A 911 caller said she was 16 years old and there was someone outside her home on Second Street Northeast, Boardman, and she left her little brother in the house while she went to the neighbor’s for help. Local law enforcement responded but did not locate a suspect.

1:22 a.m. — A resident on Magic Garde Lane, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s music has been playing all day and he just wants it to stop.

12:14 p.m. — A resident on East Highway 730, Irrigon, reported neighbors were fighting all day, and one man was not supposed to be there.

1:41 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an older woman in Irrigon who was suffering mental or emotional duress.

7:36 p.m. — A resident on Brace Road, Irrigon, reported he at a neighbor’s home and a stranger was at his home breaking things.

9:27 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to a report of a burglary on the 600 block of Southeast Fifth Street.

Dec. 13

• Stanfield police arrested Carter Engum, 70, for domestic violence fourth-degree assault.

Dec. 15

• Hermiston police arrested Curtiss Robert Pullum, 53, for misdemeanor methamphetamine possession, felony meth delivery and violating parole.

• Hermiston police arrested Curtiss Robert Pullum, 53, on a parole violation, misdemeanor methamphetamine possession and felony meth delivery.

Dec. 17

• Hermiston police arrested Clifford Court Uptegrove, 58, for first-degree bank robbery, first-degree aggravated theft and felony fleeing.

Dec. 18

• Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Domingo Daniel Pablo Matias, 20, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, failing to carry or present a driver’s license, giving false information to law enforcement and on a warrant for failing to appear.

• Boardman police arrested Jose Lauro Diaz Diaz, 42, for DUII.

Dec. 19

• Boardman police arrested Isaias Barrera Calachij, 33, for DUII.
