Who are you and what do you do?
I am Whitney Coffman. I’m a real estate broker in Oregon and Washington.
Where did you grow up? When did you come to Hermiston?
I grew up in Tri-Cities. I came to Hermiston in 2010. Then I moved to Irrigon. I built a house here in 2020. I’m about to move right back to Hermiston though.
What are a few of your hobbies?
Being a mom taxi is my favorite thing. I have four kids and they all play sports. I guess I’m a basic Eastern Oregon girl. I mean hunting, fishing. And, of course, real estate.
How do you spend your free time?
Oh gosh. I don’t have free time, I really don’t. I spend my free time at the gym. And continuing my education in real estate because knowledge is power.
How would you describe yourself?
This is a really tough question. Oh my goodness. I don’t know how to answer this.
How would your best friend or sister describe you?
OCD and very scheduled, and an alpha. That is how they would describe me.
What is something you’re passionate about?
Leaving the world a better place than it was when I found it. And community.
What are a few of your proudest accomplishments?
It sounds kinda silly. My greatest accomplishment is my children. Through real estate I found a way to be there for my children everyday. I literally work from home and make great money, and provide a service to the community, and I still get to be a mom. That mom work life balance is a big deal. My job is super cool. I get to help people get what they want and tend to my No. 1 priority, which is my kids.
What do you like most about the community you live in?
It still has the small town vibes but with big city education and athletic opportunities. It’s safe, and it’s a great place to raise a family.
