Editor’s desk: Local graduation rates among Hermiston Herald stories

- Students in class raise their hands Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, to answer the teachers questions as they prepare for a test at Hermiston High School. Hermiston School District had an 80.4% four-year graduation rate for the 2021-22 school year.

Graduation rates for Umatilla and Morrow County school districts: Most of our local schools are graduating students at a higher rated than the state average.
Hermiston Oregon Sportsplex: Sports fields are under construction at EOTEC in Hermiston. They are scheduled to open for games in March.
