PORTLAND — The Umpqua Bank Charitable Foundation is accepting applications for its Community Grants program to support nonprofit organizations across Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho and Nevada.

In the last grant cycle, $5,000 to $15,000 was awarded to 56 nonprofits, for a total of $331,500. The next deadline for community grant applications is 5 p.m. Friday, March 3.
