Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Nolan Douglas McClatchy, 55, of Hermiston, was convicted of a charge from 2020 of first-degree theft; sentenced to 20 months of incarceration and two years of probation.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court (interest, court costs and fees not listed):

Jerry F. Mitchell, of Umatilla County, versus Dannet Rae and Kevin Cramer, of Clark County, Washington, seeks $240,583.

State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. versus John and Laura Calhoun, Hermiston; seeks $315,872.68.
