Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Rachel Marie Cruz, 28, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty to charges from 2021 of giving false information to a peace officer and of fraudulent use of a credit card; sentenced to three years probation and $200 in fines.
