Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

David Russell Gutches, 46, of Longview, Washington, pleaded guilty to 2023 charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and menacing; sentenced to two years of probation and $1,000 in fines.
