4:50 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to The Links Apartments, Umatilla, on a report of a disturbance.
10:17 p.m. Stanfield police responded to North Wayne Street on a report of a noise complaint.
Wednesday, July 26
6:01 a.m. Hermiston police responded to West Joseph Avenue on a report of a domestic disturbance.
7:06 a.m. A caller on Highway 74, Lexington, reported cows were on the highway. The Oregon Department of Transportation responded and put the cows in their pasture, but they escaped again. Authorities connected the cattle’s owner, who retrieved one bull and would get the others home as soon as possible.
7:14 a.m. A caller at Willow Creek Campground, Heppner, reported two mastiff dogs were roaming the campground near the cemetery. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and were unable to locate the dogs.
8:56 a.m. A man came into the Hermiston Police Department to speak to an officer regarding his 20-year-old son who will not get a job and just plays video games all day. The man stated his son ordered internet and had it installed without his permission. The man brought the internet equipment with him to the station.
10:31 a.m. Umatilla police initiated activity at The Links Apartments on a report of a blocked access road.
1:03 p.m. Stanfield police responded to Pilot Truck Stop on a report of a fight.
1:27 p.m. Someone came into the Umatilla Police Department to report the theft of $15,000-$25,000 worth of roofing shingles from Umatilla Head Start. Police took a report.
3:25 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to North First Street, Hermiston, on a report of a burglary. Deputies took a report.
4:53 p.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to Oregon Trail RV Park, Irrigon, on a report of a vehicle which crashed into a power unit. Deputies issued a citation to the driver.
7:11 p.m. Hermiston police responded to Hodge Park on a report of a fight.
8:41 p.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to Irrigon Marina Park, Irrigon, on a report of a tree on fire near the bathrooms.
10:32 p.m. Umatilla police responded to Bridgeport Avenue on a report of a domestic disturbance.
Thursday, July 27
3:44 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of the theft of a vehicle on G and Sixth streets.
8:56 a.m. A caller on Southeast Skyline Drive, Heppner, reported a brown and black mastiff dog broke through a fence and charged at him while he was walking his dog. He stated the dog did bite his dog and this is an ongoing issue. The caller requested a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy contact him back and speak to the dog’s owner.
10:08 a.m. Umatilla police responded to The Links Apartments after a caller requested law enforcement come force the property manager to return his property to him.
12:36 p.m. The city of Irrigon’s mayor called in for a resident on West Fourth Road and Idaho Lane, Irrigon, to report someone placed a gravel speed bump on Idaho Lane. The mayor explained the road is outside of city limits so the city can’t do anything about it.
1:16 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Northeast 10th Street and East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston, on a report of a car crash.
1:50 p.m. A caller on Wagon Wheel Loop and Depot Lane, Irrigon, reported he heard about the shooting and would like a deputy to contact him back in regards to his rights and “taking care of business.” A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy contacted the man.
2:06 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Lamb and Westland roads, Hermiston, on a report of a car crash.
2:19 p.m. A caller on Boardman Avenue Northwest, Boardman, reported she thinks a man whom she has a restraining order against was knocking at her door and she did not want him there. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded.
8:56 p.m. A caller on Miller Road, Boardman, reported someone was sending her harassing messages from an individual who hacked her phone to get personal information. Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
11:01 p.m. A caller at Morrow County Government Center, Irrigon, reported the theft of a vehicle from Pendleton. Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
Friday, July 28
12:29 a.m. A caller at Port View Apartments, Boardman, reported her ex-husband forced himself into her apartment. She stated he is wearing a black shirt, black hat and blue jeans. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded.
7:16 a.m. A caller on Meadowlark Road, Heppner, stated she owns a cabin at Blake’s Ranch and cattle are damaging her property. Morrow County Sheriff’s Office advised the woman on what to do.
8:36 a.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies initiated activity at Morrow County Government Center, Irrigon, after receiving reports of a female walking barefoot and screaming on Second Street.
9:37 a.m. A caller on Crooked Road, Irrigon, reported their neighbor’s dogs were out on her pasture bothering her livestock again. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded but were unable to locate the dogs.
10:39 a.m. A caller on Linden Way, Heppner, reported the theft of parts of her wheelchair. She stated the wheelchair was next to her van and she believes she might know who stole the parts. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and took a report.
10:52 a.m. A caller on Northeast Garrigues Street, Heppner, reported a woman has been calling into the bank repeatedly every two minutes to ask about her account information, such as her balance. The caller stated they advised the woman she already called in numerous times and asked if she was OK, and the woman stated she was confused. The caller requested deputies check on her. Deputies responded.
11:12 a.m. A caller on Klickitat Street, Umatilla, asked to speak to a Spanish speaking officer about money he paid for papers he never received. The Umatilla Police Department advised the man it would not have a Spanish speaking officer available until 4 p.m. but the officer would contact him once on duty.
11:13 a.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Rocket Mart, Hermiston, on a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputies issued a citation.
12 p.m. A caller on Reagan Street, Umatilla, reported the theft of an air compressor. Police took a report.
7:18 p.m. A caller on Wilson Lane and Peters Road, Boardman, stated he found a few puppies in the middle of the road on Wilson Lane. He stated he was getting them off the road and wanted a deputy to pick them up. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded.
9:03 p.m. A caller on Interstate 82, Hermiston, reported a Nissan pickup was on fire.
9:28 p.m. A caller at Crossroads, Umatilla, reported witnessing three men throw three woman into a Lexus sedan with Washington plates, which then headed toward Washington. Police took a report.
11:31 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Highway 395 and Klaus Road, Hermiston, on a report of a car crash with vehicles blocking the road.
11:54 p.m. A caller at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman, reported a white man in a red Chicago Bulls hat stole $110 worth of Pokemon cards. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded.
Saturday, July 29
12:20 a.m. Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of gunshots on North Ott Road, Hermiston.
8:18 p.m. A caller on East Furnish Avenue, Stanfield, reported a man was walking around the area and screaming at nothing. Police responded.
10:01 p.m. A caller on El Monte Street, Umatilla, reported his wife was drunk and attacked him, and she was on the front porch screaming. Police responded.
Sunday, July 30
1:54 a.m. Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a vehicle on Joy Lane, Hermiston.
1:59 a.m. A caller on Summit Lane, Boardman, reported loud music coming from somewhere to the south. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and the music was turned down.
2:27 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1300 block of Manzanita Place.
4:49 a.m. Hermiston police received a report from East Main Street for a theft of a vehicle.
11:58 a.m. A caller from Texas reported he may have been the victim of a bitcoin scam and believes the man operating the scam lives in Morrow County. The caller was able to give the identity of the suspect to law enforcement and stated he lost about $1,500 through the scam. Morrow County Sheriff’s Office referred the call to another agency.
1:08 p.m. A caller on Tyler Road, Boardman, reported there was large border collie dog digging under her coop and killing her chickens. The caller stated she was hoping to trap the dog and return it to its owners, but she did not have a large enough trap. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded.
3:12 p.m. A caller at the Irrigon Shell Station requested a deputy come make a report about someone breaking the padlock on their can shed. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and took a report.
3:56 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Bloom Road, Hermiston, on a report of a car crash. Deputies issued a citation.
5:15 p.m. Umatilla police responded to Hamilton Street on a report of a two-vehicle car crash.
9:06 p.m. A caller on Hope Lane and Diagonal Road, Hermiston, made a noise complaint. Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office advised the caller on what to do.
10:56 p.m. Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about fireworks on Serenity Lane, Hermiston.
11:51 p.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to Bridge Road, Hermiston, on a report of gunshots and took a report.
Monday, July 31
5:49 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of the theft of a vehicle on Third Street.
8:50 a.m. A caller reported a person in a white GMC pickup was dumping furniture near the dumpsters at the Sandpiper Apartments, Boardman. Local law enforcement responded and warned the person, who picked up the item.
9:57 a.m. A caller on High Desert Loop, Umatilla, reported the attempted theft of an heating, ventilating, and air conditioning unit.
3:07 p.m. A male in Irrigon reported he and his girlfriend argued and he wanted to get his belongings and leave, but he was worried the dispute would escalate. He asked for a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy to mitigate the situation while he gathers his things. He said he and the girlfriend are separated and would stay that way until a deputy arrived.
5:44 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on Second Street, Umatilla. Police took a report.
6:58 p.m. A caller reported a 14-year-old girl was at the Irrigon Skate Park and and a man in his 20s touched her bottom. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation.
8:32 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of harassment at Patriot Heights new housing development on Valor Avenue.

July 25
Hermiston police arrested Benjamin Emilio Marquez, 30, for a felony parole violation, felon in possession of a weapon, interfering with a peace officer and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Hermiston police arrested Michelle Rebecca Mavis, 34, for fourth-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment.
June 26
Umatilla police arrested Matthew Thomas Blackmarr, 44, for fourth-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with making a report.
July 29
Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adriana Olivia Burmester, 19, of Hermiston, for felony fleeing.
July 30
Boardman police arrested David Ramirez Martinez, 34, for DUII (alcohol).
Boardman police arrested Pedro Tzep Ambrocio, 26, for DUII (alcohol).
