Skip Bayless will debate on ‘Undisputed’ with ex-NFL star Richard Sherman

Skip Bayless is set to sit across from another former NFL star.

The enigmatic sports debater will be joined by former NFL All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman on FS1’s “Undisputed,” according to a report by the New York Post.

The report did not state that Sherman will be Bayless’ permanent partner, instead stating that he would join the Fox  (FOXA) – Get Free Report network’s sports debate show about 50-100 times a year. Sherman will also maintain his position as an analyst on Amazon Prime’s “Thursday Night Football” coverage.

Bayless and Sherman had a back and forth a decade ago when the former was still part of ESPN’s “First Take” and Sherman was still only a few years into his NFL career.

Bayless was critical of Sherman’s play, as he is with many athletes, and Sherman took offense and went on the show to publicly address the sports debater.

“In my 24 years of life, I’m better at life than you,” Sherman said.

The New York Post also reported that the two seem to be on better terms now, especially considering they’re about to see each other consistently. And the early returns on their dynamic could make for the entertaining television Fox is looking for.
