Columbia River Enterprise Zone III Board, 4:30 p.m., Port of Morrow Riverfront Center 2 Marine Drive, Boardman.

Commissioners plan to discuss a long-term rural enterprise zone agreement decision with Lamb Weston and a $5 million Amazon payment disbursement.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Irrigon Planning Commission, 6-7 p.m., city hall, 500 N.E. Main Ave., Irrigon.

The planning commission meets publicly at city hall on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.

Umatilla City Council, 7 p.m., city hall council chambers, 700 Sixth St., Umatilla.

Boardman City Council workshop, 6 p.m., city hall council chambers, 200 City Center Circle, Boardman.

The Boardman mayor, city councilors and city staff will assemble for a planning session. There are no planned deliberations and no decisions will be made regarding any specific subject. The council will hold general discussions regarding the city’s strategic planning.

This is a workshop session and there may not be an opportunity for public comment.

Morrow County Commission, 9 a.m., Morrow County Bartholomew Building 110 N. Court St., Heppner.

Umatilla County Board of Commissioners, 9-11 a.m., Umatilla County Courthouse 216 S.E. Fourth St., Pendleton.

The agenda for the regular meeting of the board so far includes discussion of a workforce training grant.

InterMountain Education Service District Board, 5 p.m. 290 W. Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.
