HERMISTON– Banner Bank is offering prizes of a tiny home or $75,000 in its Dream Big Sweepstakes through Saturday, Sept. 30.
Only residents of California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington who are 18 or older are eligible for entry. No purchase is required to enter. Eligible contestants can submit one entry per day until the sweepstakes end.
