Sentences

The following sentences have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court (interest, court costs and fees not listed):

Tyli Steveann Bailey, 26, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in cases from 2023 to endangering the welfare of a minor, conspiracy to commit a Class C felony and the manufature and delivery of a federally controlled substance; sentenced to three years probation.

Beau Allen Barker, 40, of Omak, Washington, pleaded guilty to a 2023 charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 30 days in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, unless eligible for Friendship Diversion Services and/or Community Corrections Electronic Surveillance Program in Okanogan County, Washington, suspension of driver’s license for a year, three years probation and a fine of $1,755.

Caleb Scott Bishop, 39, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty to a 2023 charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
