Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Gina Marie Perez, 40, of Gig Harbor, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to reckless driving and felony fleeing; sentenced to six months with the Oregon Department of Corrections, one year of post-prison supervision and a year suspension of driving privileges.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Jose Guadalupe Villarreal, 22, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years of probation, a year suspension of driving privileges and a $250 fine.
