1:09 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a vehicle theft on East Hurlburt Avenue.
3:50 a.m. A resident on Canal Lane, Boardman, called 911 to report his spouse called to tell him she heard someone outside their house.
8:45 a.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 1100 block of Northwest Second Street, Hermiston. Police took a report.
9:19 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report about an online death threat against a teen girl in Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies placed a block on the phone and requested a recording of the threat.
12:01 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a bomb threat on Northwest 11th Street.
12:41 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Southwest River Hill Drive, Hermiston.
1:35 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Beebe Avenue, Hermiston.
4:10 p.m. Local emergency services received a report that a dog on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, bit a man.
7:41 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of child abuse or neglect on West Tamarack Avenue.
8:45 p.m. A caller at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, reported a relative was in the house threatening to destroy property and acting disruptively. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies contacted the relative.

7:36 a.m. A caller reported someone vandalized her truck at Love’s Travel Shop and Country Store, Boardman. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
1:19 p.m. A 911 caller reported that following a car crash on North Main Street in Boardman, individuals took his Spanish-speaking wife. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
Thursday, Jan. 4
3:11 p.m. A 911 caller on Southeast Eighth Street, Irrigon, reported a relative was yelling, putting hands on her and she is pregnant. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
3:52 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a can recycling bin at Taqueria Dona Mary, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.
4:55 p.m. A 911 caller requested assistance with retrieving belongings from her boyfriend’s house. Individuals at the residence were not letting her in on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
7:59 p.m. A 911 caller on East Highway 730, Irrigon, reported he was trying to leave the house with his daughter, but his wife was preventing him.
8:40 p.m. A 911 caller reported youths at the park on North Main Street, Heppner, were shining a red laser in his eyes as he drove by. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and returned the youths to their parents.

7:22 a.m. A 911 caller reported a vehicle theft on Southwest 14th Place, Hermiston.
8:03 a.m. A woman told Hermiston police she wrote a $92.21 check to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston, but someone altered the check for $25.
9:07 a.m. An employee of Calbee North America, Boardman, reported having a video recording of a female rummaging through the manger’s car and taking items, including a hunting knife. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
9:41 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston.
10:08 a.m. A resident on Southeast Hurd Place, Irrigon, reported a male she has a restraining order against attempted to contact her through a neighbor. Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies contacted the woman.
12:04 p.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on Martin Drive, Umatilla.

1:14 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of graffiti on Sixth and D streets.
2:31 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Econo Lodge, Umatilla.
8:40 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 700 block of West Ridgeway Avenue.
9:35 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 1200 block of Southeast Fourth Street.

7:46 p.m. A 911 caller on Southwest Ninth Street, Hermiston, reported gunshots.
10:57 p.m. A 911 caller on West Quince Avenue, Hermiston, reported gunshots.
Monday, Jan. 8
3:45 a.m. A 911 caller reported a fight at the One Stop Mart on Stafford Hansell Road, Hermiston.
6:33 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a vehicle prowler at the Quality Inn.
10:52 a.m. A resident on Southeast California Avenue, Irrigon, reported a confused elderly man entered the house and left. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies did not locate the man.
11:27 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 600 block of South First Street.
1:05 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 900 block of West Hermiston Avenue.
2:13 p.m. A caller reported the unauthorized use of his business fuel card at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation.
3:43 p.m. A caller on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, reported two checks were written on a joint account shared with her father. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.
5:40 p.m. A caller on Shoemake Road, Boardman, reported an individual broke into their residence and assaulted a roommate. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

Jan. 2
Umatilla police arrested David Lynn Hickox, 65, for felony fleeing.
Jan. 3
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gerald Patrick Wilson, 33, for harassment and felony strangulation constituting domestic violence.
Jan. 4
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexis Aviles Escobar, 20, for second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nicholas Ryan Schiller, 30, for first-degree criminal mischief, felon in possession of a weapon and second-degree theft.
Jan. 5
Boardman police arrested Jose Lopez Larios, 31, for DUII (alcohol) and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Hermiston police arrested Ricardo Sanchez Mendoza, 46, for domestic violence related charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and interfering with making a report.
Jan. 6
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cleve Barry Liston, 45, for felony fleeing, reckless driving, hit-and-run involving property and eight counts of reckless endangering and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jan. 8
Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at 8:31 p.m. received information regarding the welfare of a woman at Glen Haven Apartments, Heppner. Deputies checked on the woman and arrested a 48-year-old man on a felony probation violation.
