OSHA credits available Thursday at the Northwest Ag Show

- Classes presented during the 2023 Northwest Ag Show. Credits will be available Thursday during the 2024 show.
SALEM — OSHA core credit courses will be available Thursday at the Northwest Ag Show.
A weather-shortened show will begin Thursday at 9 a.m. at the Oregon State Fair and Expo Center in Salem.
Admission to the show is free, though the Oregon State Fair and Expo Center charges $5 for parking.
More than 100 exhibitors will take part in the show. The show is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
The show is sponsored by Coastal Farm and Ranch.
Credits available
Four core credits are available to both Oregon and Washington license holders. There is no charge for the courses, and participants can register at the door.
A series of three courses, worth a total of four credits, will be offered in Cascade Hall from 9 a.m. to noon. The courses will be repeated from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Session A Morning
9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Respiratory Protection — Khadija Mostafa
10 a.m – 11 a.m.: Spill Prevention and Pesticide Storage — Khadija Mostafa
11 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Hazard Communication — Khadija Mostafa
Session B Afternoon
2 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Respiratory Protection — Khadija Mostafa
3 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Spill Prevention and Pesticide Storage — Khadija Mostafa
4 p.m. – 5 p.m.:: Hazard Communication — Khadija Mostafa
