Antonio Pierce will lead the Las Vegas Raiders’ next chapter of their franchise from the sideline.

The Raiders have agreed to terms to promote Pierce to full-time head coach, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport reported Friday.

Pierce took over as the Raiders’ interim head coach after the organization fired Josh McDaniels on Nov. 1. Pierce led the Raiders to a 5–4 record the rest of the season, a stretch that included victories over division rivals in the Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos.
