SPOKANE — The 2023 fall quarter honor roll at Spokane Community College includes three local students. Janelle Almaguer, of Stanfield, Jennifer Flores, of Hermiston, and Carlos Meza, of Irrigon, all received recognition for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or greater.
