The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Hatley Construction Inc., of Pilot Rock, versus Betty Louise Shannon, of Washington County; seeks $45,025 plus interest and other costs.

Earth & Water Works Inc., of La Grande, versus Skillman Ranches LLC Skillman Ranches Inc. and Brian Skillman, of Echo; seeks $35,041.81.

Leah Raybourne Gadsden, of Hermiston, versus CC Hill Construction LLC, of Stanfield; seeks $2,250.
