Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Robert Alvin Falconer, 38, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to felony driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 60 days in the Umatilla County Jail, three years of probation and a fine of $2,500.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Cassandra Lynn Huling, 41, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to first-degree burglary; sentenced to 30 days in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, three years of probation and a $300 fine.

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC, of Miami, versus Super Milton Market LLC, of Milton-Freewater, and Josue Mendez Aguirre and Mariela Elena Mendez; seeks $23,376.51 plus interest.
