9 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at Craig Road and Highway 730, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.
10:15 a.m. A resident at Patriot Heights on Valor Avenue, Stanfield, reported being threatened by a neighbor.
11:38 a.m. A caller at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman, reported staff got into a screaming match with a truck owner who refused to leave the service bay.
11:46 a.m. A caller reported someone cut the lock off of a gate, stole an air compressor and attempted to steal a vehicle at Columbia Basin Farming on Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and took a report.
Wednesday, Jan. 24
6:24 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a school bus stuck in the ditch on the Cutsforth Corner, Lexington. Sheriff’s deputies advised Oregon State police.
3:34 p.m. A caller reported people were vandalizing and stealing wiring from a burned out house on East Highway 730, Irrigon.
6:46 p.m. Umatilla police received a report that a person was very agitated and throwing things on Polk Avenue.
9:51 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance on East Oregon Avenue, Hermiston.
Thursday, Jan. 25
5:43 a.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on South Main Street, Stanfield.
4:01 a.m. Emergency services responded to a 911 report of a vehicle that rolled with a person trapped inside on Tower Road, Boardman. The person involved in the rollover refused medical transport.
11:24 a.m. A caller on Northwest Riverside Avenue, Heppner, reported someone left a note on his car threatening his life.
3:04 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of someone attempting to use a fraudulent medical prescription to obtain narcotics at Murray’s Drug, Heppner.
6:12 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a disturbance at the Stanfield RV Park.
Friday, Jan. 26
7:31 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at the Boise Cascade chip mill on Roxbury Road, Umatilla. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.
7:39 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Sagebrush Road, Hermiston.
9:44 a.m. A caller on West Second Street, Ione, reported his cat was hit in the back of its head and likely would die. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office made contact with the caller.
9:52 a.m. Hermiston police received a 911 report of a disturbance on South Highway 395. Police made an arrest.
11:28 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston.
12:09 p.m. A driver for UPS reported he was delivering a package to Meenderinck Dairy LLC, 74906 Homestead Lane, Hermiston, when a male attacked him and tried to choke him with his seat belt. The driver was able to get the attacker out of his compartment but held on as the driver took off. The driver got away and called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, which took a report.
1:50 p.m. Hermiston police received a complaint from Southwest River Hill Drive about a scam.
9:38 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on Cedar Court.
Saturday, Jan. 27
1:11 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on East Montana Avenue, Hermiston.
9:33 a.m. Hermistom police received a complaint about criminal mischief on Southwest Ninth Street. Police took a report.
10:39 a.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on East Furnish Avenue, Stanfield.
8:38 p.m. A 911 caller reported a person on West Beebe Avenue, Hermiston, was breaking into cars. Police took a report.
10:21 p.m. Hermistom police received a report about a vehicle theft on West Hartley Avenue.
Sunday, Jan. 28
12:35 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a prowler at the Quality Inn.
9:14 a.m. Hermiston police received a 911 call about a domestic disturbance on Westview Drive.
2:29 p.m. A resident on Knapp Street, Irrigon, reported finding a small injured owl in their backyard.
6:18 p.m. A wife reported her husband was driving a work truck and struck a cow at Wilson Lane and Rippee Road, Boardman. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded.
7:14 Hermiston police received a report of possible child abuse or neglect.
8:34 p.m. A resident on Crooked Road, Irrigon, reported a neighborhood dog was in their pasture and chasing their horse. Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies took a report.
Arrests, citations
Jan. 24
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Vanessa Bionca Solis, 31, for assault of a public safety officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing justice.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on the 100 block of East Bruce Street, Weston, arrested Miguel Angel Penaloza Torrecilla, 32, for fourth-degree assault.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Tyrone Ruiz, 35, for fourth-degree assault.
Jan. 25
Boardman police arrested Flavio Camarillo Consuilo, 34, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol), failure to carry or present a driver’s license and giving false information.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Blake Paul Belveal, 30, for possession of a stolen vehicle, contempt of court and on warrants for failure to appear.
Jan. 26
Hermiston police arrested Ethan Alan Pinkham, 40, for vehicle theft.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Alvin Falconer, 38, for DUII (alcohol).
Jan. 28
Hermiston police arrested Angel Rafael Delacruz Cardenas, 23, for vehicle theft, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Antonio Fonseca-Lopez, 34, for unlawful possession of a firearm.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Ian Martinez, 21, on 17 counts of unlawful dissemination on intimate images.
Hermiston police arrested William Avila, 19, for first-degree theft.
