12:19 a.m. A resident on Northwest Crestview Court, Hermiston, reported a group of teens were prowling around their garage and vehicle.

7:19 a.m. A caller reported the theft of a vehicle on Joy Lane, Hermiston.

2 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of drug activity on East Elm Avenue.

4:11 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of drug activity on East Gladys Avenue.

4:51 p.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, reported a neighbor was making threatening gestures and revving his car in front of their house.

5:16 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Minnehaha Road, Hermiston.

6:33 p.m. A 911 caller reported her boyfriend was drunk and refusing to leave on West Sperry Street, Heppner.

10:10 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance at Country Club Manor, Umatilla.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

7:42 a.m. A resident on Power Pole Street, Irrigon, requested a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy assist him with filling out forms dealing with abandoned vehicles on his property.

9:34 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 600 block of East Ridgeway Avenue.

11:34 a.m. A 911 caller reported an armed person on Sonesta Street, Umatilla.

12:06 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a student at Heppner High School put their hands on the neck of another student during class, leaving red marks.

12:24 p.m. The dean of students at Irrigon High School requested a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy attend a parent meeting. Sheriff’s deputies opened an investigation.

12:48 p.m. School staff concerned over children being left home alone requested Stanfield police perform a welfare check at Copper Corner Apartments.

1:26 p.m. Emergency services responded to a caller who reported crashing her car into a post at the Irrigon Marina. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

2:09 p.m. A resident on Division Road, Irrigon, requested a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy’s assistance in retrieving her goose that had strayed into a neighboring yard. Sheriff’s deputies returned the goose to the owner.

4:26 p.m. A resident on South Glendening Street, Stanfield, reported his stepdaughter’s boyfriend was at their house threatening him.

6:06 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance on Malcolm Street, Hermiston.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

2:03 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a prowler on Tum A Lum Road, Milton-Freewater.

5:25 a.m. A resident on Southeast Utah Street, Irrigon, reported a neighbor two weeks ago confronted him and has continued to harass him.

8:40 a.m. Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a break-in at a construction site on Lewis and Clark Drive, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

8:54 a.m. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies took a report of a domestic disturbance on North Sloan Street, Stanfield.

10:57 a.m. A resident on Southeast Charity Loop and Southeast Idaho Avenue, Irrigon, reported someone was walking through neighborhood yards and picking up cans.

11:21 a.m. A caller on North Sloan Street, Stanfield, reported goats were wandering into a neighbor’s yard and eating the flowers.

12:30 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a disturbance at Clara Brownell Middle School. Police took a report.

3:57 p.m. A caller on East Hurlburt Avenue, Hermiston, reported a domestic disturbance.

4:47 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at Vestas Americas Wind Technology, Hermiston.

Thursday, Feb. 1

6:33 a.m. A resident on Kangaroo Court Lane, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s dog was in their carport agitating their dogs.

9:24 a.m. The safety manager for the Port of Morrow reported a break-in and theft of items at a work trailer on Pole Line Road and Homestead Lane, Boardman.

10:21 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of probable poached deer carcasses at Threemile Campground, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies referred the call to the Oregon State Police.

3:32 p.m. A resident on John Day Street, Umatilla, told police he wanted to sign a noise complaint against his neighbor.

5:56 p.m. A resident on Southeast Crimson Court, Irrigon, reported someone broke into her house and garage and stole items while she was at work.

7:17 p.m. A caller reported two stray dogs that were loose in the neighborhood bit his dog on Northwest Jones Street, Heppner.

10:17 p.m. A caller told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office cattle were causing hazardous driving conditions on Wilson Lane, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies rounded up and secured the cattle.

Friday, Feb. 2

7:42 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a disturbance on Dark Canyon Avenue.

Saturday, Feb. 3

9:52 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a vehicle at the Northwest Livestock Commission, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

12:26 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 reports of gunshots fired and what sounded like a fatal fight involving dogs on Southeast 11th and Highway 730, Irrigon.

4:46 p.m. A caller on Highway 74, Ione, requested a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy’s assistance with a raccoon loose in their shop.

5 p.m. A caller on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, reported someone threatened her and her daughter.

Sunday, Feb. 4

1:17 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a prowler on East Cherry Avenue, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies did not find a prowler.

6:49 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at Econo Lodge, Umatilla.

Monday, Feb. 5

3:56 a.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of neighbors screaming and loud noises at Glen Haven Apartments, Heppner.

9:33 a.m. Umatilla police handled the first of three harassment complaints in the morning at Umatilla High School.

11:28 a.m. A caller reported someone broke into their relative’s house on Highway 730, Irrigon, and were still inside a shop there. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and trespassed the intruders.

3:09 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1000 block of North McNary Street. Police took a report.

3:39 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possibly intoxicated driver leaving Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman. The sheriff’s office referred the call to Oregon State Police.

3:56 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of graffiti at Nita’s Hair Center. Police took a report.

7:09 p.m. A caller reported a fight on Southwest Wilson Road, Boardman, between a vehicle owner and a tow truck driver attempting to pick the vehicle up.

Arrests, citations

Jan. 31

A woman on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, at 10:52 a.m. reported her sister tried to use a stun gun on her. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and arrested Yoseline Salas-Montelongo for domestic-violence related counts of felony fourth-degree assault, harassment, felony strangulation and menacing.

Feb. 1

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eder Romero Romero, 30, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
