Tuesday, Feb. 6

2:56 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 200 block of Southwest 11th Street.

9:06 a.m. A resident on Southshore Drive, Umatilla, reported someone in a black truck drove past his home acting like he had a gun and pantomimed taking a shot.

12:12 p.m. Stanfield police received a complaint from someone upset their belongings were being removed from the house they were being evicted from.

5:20 p.m. A resident on West Highway 730, Irrigon, reported neighbors playing very loud music.

6:16 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Stockton Avenue, Umatilla.

6:30 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a burglary on East Harding Avenue.

6:55 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on East Harding Avenue and North Main Street, Stanfield.

8:53 p.m. A caller at the Family Dollar store on 14th Street, Irrigon, reported being suspicious of someone sitting in their vehicle in the parking lot at closing time.

11:15 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report someone passed a fake $10 dollar bill at the Rustic Truck Bar & Grill, Irrigon.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

2:56 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on the 200 block of Southwest 11th Street.

8:56 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from Frederickson Farms LLC, Irrigon, about vandalism and theft. A deputy responded and took a report.

2:05 p.m. The Umatilla School District reported a man was refusing to leave. Police responded.

3:01 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a resident at Green Acres RV Park, Irrigon, screaming at children. Deputies responded and contacted the family involved.

3:09 p.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary on Martin Drive, Umatilla.

4:28 p.m. Local emergency services received a call-out to Highway 74, Heppner, for a vehicle on fire.

6:16 p.m. Umatilla police received a complaint about a restraining order violation on Rio Senda Drive.

7:06 p.m. A caller reported a prowler on Sunshine Lane in Hermiston.

7:11 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at Short Stop No. 1 on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.

7:38 p.m. A 911 caller on Malheur Street, Boardman, reported a man “was taking a bat to their car” and took on a black four-door pickup. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation into the incident.

8:01 p.m. Local emergency services received a report of a vehicle on fire in the parking lot of the Irrigon Marina.

8:19 p.m. A 911 caller on Kunze Lane, Boardman, reported her neighbors were yelling at one another and she was concerned they could become violent.

Thursday, Feb. 8

2:07 a.m. A caller on Southeast Chase Street, Heppner, reported a male with longer hair walking behind her house and looking inside.

8:10 a.m. Umatilla County Sheriff’s deputies took a report of a vehicle theft at the One Stop Mart on Stafford Hansell Road, Hermiston.

8:24 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Northeast Peace Lane, Hermiston. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies made an arrest.

8:42 a.m. A caller with the Southshore Neighborhood Watch on Southshore Drive, Umatilla, reported a resident “was swindled out of $2,200 from a fraudulent Venmo” account user. The caller asked for police.

11:39 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stray dog with a reputation for killing chickens was loose on Downey Road, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies did not find the dog.

12:14 p.m. A caller reported a relative on West Fourth Road, Irrigon, let someone into their house wanting a drink, but the person was in the bathroom and would not leave. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and arrested a man for second-degree disorderly conduct.

3:10 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Baggett Lane, Hermiston.

7:57 p.m. A caller at the SAGE Center, Boardman, reported she was talking to a man and her ex-partner began chasing him with a car. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies and Boardman police responded.

7:59 p.m. A 911 caller reported hearing gunshots on Joy Lane, Hermiston.

Friday, Feb. 9

6:28 a.m. A 911 caller reported someone was slashed with a machete at the Warming Station, Hermiston.

11:30 a.m. A Hermiston resident reported someone stole their debit card and used it to withdraw $500 and make other transactions.

11:48 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on North First Street, Hermiston.

3:03 p.m. A caller on Highway 230, Irrigon, reported the driver of a gray Dodge Durango was traveling at a low speed and brake checking, and when passing the driver of the Dodge gave the finger.

7:59 p.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report that someone was trying to get their belongings from a residence on Southeast Seventh Street, Irrigon, when a verbal dispute ensued. Sheriff’s deputies separated the people involved.

8:26 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 100 block of East Gladys Avenue, Hermiston.

8:35 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on Robnett Street, Umatilla.

10:55 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Buffalo Lane, Hermiston.

11:58 p.m. A caller made a noise complaint on Southwest 13th Place and Southwest Debra Court, Hermiston.

Saturday, Feb. 10

9:25 a.m. Stanfield police received a report of a disturbance at the Pilot Truck Stop.

Sunday, Feb. 11

9:24 a.m. A caller reported what looked like a campsite and a smoldering stump on the north end of Paul Smith Road, Boardman.

2:10 p.m. A 911 caller reported three juveniles fighting at the Bard Park, Stanfield.

Monday, Feb. 12

5:23 a.m. A 911 caller reported a burglary at Fred Carlson Electrical on Oldfield Street, Hermiston.

9:08 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of eleven spans of pivot cable at Strebin Farm on East Oregon Lane, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

9:19 a.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 400 block of West Madrona Avenue, Hermiston.

10:13 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Prindle Loop Road, Hermiston.

11:52 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on West Hermiston Avenue.

4:14 p.m. A resident on Dean Avenue, Umatilla, reported neighbors were throwing things at her partner and injured him.

6:46 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of gunshots on Daisy Road and Depot Lane, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies responded and did not locate the source.

8:23 p.m. A resident on West Oregon Lane, Irrigon, reported hearing a male and female neighbor yelling and screaming at one another.

11:39 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call for assistance from a family stuck in the snow at Cutsforth Park on Willow Creek Road, Heppner.

11:51 p.m. A 911 caller reported gunshots fired on Wenatchee Street, Umatilla.

Arrests, citations

Feb. 6

Hermiston police arrested Zachary Rohrbach, 21, on five counts of second-degree encouraging child sex abuse.

Feb. 7

Hermiston police arrested Jose Antonio Villalpando Jr., 39, on a warrant and for felony strangulation.

Boardman police arrested Ricardo Munoz Rosales, 22, for first-degree forgery.

Feb. 8

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Efren Santos Barrera Almaraz, 28, for strangulation constituting domestic violence, harassment and first-degree criminal trespass.

Hermiston police arrested Jesus Cardenas Garcia, 45, for credit card fraud (counterfeit/forgery) and theft of lost/mislaid property.

Feb. 9

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Trevor Jeffrey Reyes, 23, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run and reckless driving.

Feb. 10

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ryan Leo Sands, 27, for felony fleeing and reckless endangering.

Feb. 11

Hermiston police arrested Asia Nicole Hayne, 25, for felon in possession of a weapon, giving false information and violating probation.

Feb. 12

Hermiston police arrested Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 32, for second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Police also cited her for failure to appear.

Hermiston police arrested William Eugene Stolz, 50, for second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and on a warrant for failure to appear.
