Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

William Paul Breckheimer, 29, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2021 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 13 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and lifetime suspension of his driver’s license.

Oscar Cabezas Orozco, 34, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to 15 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, three years suspension of his driver’s license, three years of probation and a $2,000 fine.

Sadie Ann Frederickson, 24, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program and a $919 fine.

Cleve Barry Liston, 46, of Arlington, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to first- and second-degree burglary; sentenced to 34 months incarceration in the Oregon Department of Corrections, three years of post-prison supervision and $400 in fines.

Scott David Plattner, 62, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to three years of probation and $1,500 in fees.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Malcolm Hicks versus the state of Oregon, Michelle Davies and Michael Holden; seeks $5.5 million.
