1:46 a.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Southeast Gilmore Street, Heppner.

7:45 a.m. A caller reported a violation of a restraining order on Rio Senda Drive, Umatilla.

8:18 a.m. A 911 caller reported a three-car crash on Willamette Avenue and Highway 730, Umatilla. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

2:45 p.m. A resident on Southeast Third Street, Irrigon, reported the theft of a package from their porch. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

3:34 p.m. A caller reported someone was attempting to remove a car from a relative’s property on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon.

4:51 p.m. A resident on West Second Street, Ione, reported two women drove by her house yelling obscenities. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and advised the resident of her options.

8:49 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a vehicle theft at the Hermiston Church of the Nazarene.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

6:32 a.m. A resident on Southeast California Avenue, Irrigon, reported three tires on their pickup were slashed. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies made a report.

11:26 a.m. A resident on Highway 74, Heppner, reported a deer carcass on the road across from their home.

8:29 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Linden Way, Heppner.

8:15 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a drunk driver at the Circle K on Sixth Street, Umatilla.

Thursday, Feb. 15

1 a.m. A resident on Southeast Chase Street and East May Street, Heppner, asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send extra patrols for suspicious activity and people walking around the area.

8:29 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a disturbance at Clara Brownell Middle School.

3:44 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of the theft of gasoline from a Stanfield School District school.

4:02 p.m. A caller reported someone littering at the car wash on East Taft Avenue, Stanfield.

4:38 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on West Walls Road, Hermiston.

8:15 p.m. A 911 caller reported a rollover car crash on Highway 730, Umatilla.

11:12 p.m. A resident on Pole Line Road, Boardman, reported finding a bag of drugs in their residence and wanted it disposed of. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and took a report.

Friday, Feb. 16

9:24 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of a violation of a restraining order on Rio Senda Drive. Police took a report.

3:23 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of fraud at Pandora’s Box. Police took a report.

6:14 p.m. A resident on Sunflower Flat Road, Heppner, asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about ongoing phone calls telling them to meet someone at the Dollar General store to receive a million dollars.

6:43 p.m. A 911 caller on West Second Street, Ione, reported people were sneaking around their property and harassing them.

Saturday, Feb. 17

12:31 a.m. A caller at the Irrigon Shell Station reported two people wearing masks stole beer. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

12:41 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of drug activity on Joy Lane and Cactus Drive, Hermiston.

12:52 p.m. A wife reported a fight on South Main Street, Heppner, between her husband and son. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies made an arrest.

6:38 p.m. A resident on Columbia Lane, Irrigon, reported their son was at their home yelling and causing a disturbance.

9:06 p.m. A caller reported a male and female neighbor yelling at each other at the Oregon Trail RV Park, Irrigon.

Sunday, Feb. 18

3:39 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on North Dunne Street, Stanfield.

5:12 a.m. A male told Boardman police someone assaulted him with a bat and a stick on Shoemake Road and threatened to kill him. Local law enforcement and other emergency services responded.

7:20 a.m. A resident on Northeast Sixth Street, Irrigon, reported her partner broke her phone during a dispute and threatened to hit her. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded and took a report.

8:56 a.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 200 block of Southwest 11th Street.

11:31 a.m. A caller reported a car hit a deer on Willow Creek Road, Heppner, and the animal was suffering. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded.

5:03 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of a burglary on Kiwi Court.

8:46 p.m. A resident on Division Road, Irrigon, reported a possible prowler outside their residence.

9:28 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on East Harding and North Dunne Street, Stanfield.

9:51 p.m. A resident on Meadow Loop, Boardman, reported a 16-year-old girl was causing a disturbance at home.

1:41 a.m. A 911 caller reported a prowler on Northeast Stone Lane, Hermiston.

8:26 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft at United Rentals, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

8:37 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle theft on Powerline Road, Umatilla. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

8:54 a.m. A 911 caller reported a robbery on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.

1:35 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of an assault on the 1600 block of North First Street.

5:01 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a disturbance on East Elm Street, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies made an arrest.

10:33 p.m. A 911 caller on the 600 block of Southeast Sixth Street, Hermiston, reported their ex-partner hit them in the face.

Oregon State police arrested Robert Charles Johnson, 54, for reckless driving, reckless endangering and DUII (alcohol).

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael James Hawks, 31, for fourth-degree assault and felony possession of methamphetamine.

Umatilla police arrested Matthew James Way, 33, for unlawful possession of a firearm and a felony parole violation.

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lesharae Gonzales, 43, for fourth-degree assault and second-degree use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace.
