UMATILLA — After last year’s successful inaugural event, the city of Umatilla is preparing to roll out information about this fall’s Rock the Locks Music Festival.

In its second year, the event is Oct. 4-6 at Big River Golf Course. Lineup announcements begin March 1. Those who attended to 2023 event will receive a link for ticket pre-sales, which begins March 8. Festival tickets will be available to the general public on March 11.
