8:22 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a person may be buried in the dirt on West Highway 730 and Southwest Third Street, Irrigon.
9:40 a.m. A resident requested to speak with a police officer about drug activity on Blue Jay Street, Umatilla.
10:46 a.m. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies received a report of a domestic disturbance on East Main Street, Ione, and one partner was threatening self-harm.
1:52 p.m. A 911 caller reported someone was trying to take a green Chevrolet Avalanche with two children inside on Margaret Avenue, Umatilla.
4:28 p.m. A resident on Southeast Fourth Street, Irrigon, reported a stray German shepherd got into their chicken coop and took a chicken.
4:57 p.m. A resident on North Howard Street, Stanfield, reported someone was continually riding a four-wheeler with their dogs on the bike path and requested police make extra patrols.
5:46 p.m. A caller reported a dispute on Monroe Street, Umatilla.
6:51 p.m. Hermiston police received a report of a theft on the 300 block of South First Street.
7:50 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on North Glendening Street, Stanfield.
Wednesday, Feb. 21
9:08 a.m. Stanfield police received a report of a burglary at the Stanfield Football field booth.
9:08 a.m. A resident on Northwest Morgan Street, Heppner, asked to talk to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about reporting a Medicare call.
11:39 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of identity theft on Jefferson Street.
11:46 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a vehicle on Northwest Sprigg Lane, Hermiston.
9:48 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of gunshots on Ross Lane, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies did not locate the source.
Thursday, Feb. 22
2:22 a.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on West Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston.
2:48 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a manager at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, Boardman, about concerns that underage employees were drinking and driving. The manager requested extra patrols.
3:39 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of gunshots at Banner Bank on Sixth Street. Police did not locate the source.
7:08 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Second Street, Umatilla.
8:30 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of someone looking in cars behind Russ’s Place, Umatilla. Police did not find anyone.
10:09 a.m. A caller reported gunshots at the Amazon data center on Cottonwood Bend Road, Hermiston.
11:30 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on South Wayne Street, Stanfield.
11:47 a.m. A caller reported their aunt’s partner was abusing her and attempting to take her child on Southeast 13th Place, Irrigon.
12:52 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a dog biting someone on Merrick Avenue.
4:02 p.m. A caller reported a violation of a restraining order on Dean Avenue, Umatilla.
5:12 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane, Hermiston.

6:40 a.m. A 911 caller reported an open manhole cover at North Main Street and East Coe Avenue in Stanfield.
7:16 a.m. A resident on Southeast Division Street, Irrigon, reported a male he let live with him stole a “whole trash can” of his mother’s knickknacks and a meat cleaver.
10:04 a.m. A person came to the Umatilla Police Department to make a complaint about fraud/forgery.
3:51 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane in Hermiston.
8:15 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance at the Broken Barrel Bar in Stanfield.
11:51 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Willow Drive in Stanfield.

12:23 a.m. A 911 caller reported a structure fire on North Wayne Street in Stanfield.
1:18 a.m. Umatilla police received a 911 call about a burglary on Highway 730.
9:44 a.m. A resident on Northeast Third Street, Irrigon, reported a neighbor has an aggressive pit bull dog that the day before tried to attack a mother and her child and has escaped its yard to go after another dog.
6:28 p.m. A caller on East Second Street, Ione, reported a male was driving a brown Toyota Tacoma pickup recklessly and screaming and swearing at people.
7:26 p.m. A caller reported a prowler at Umatilla RV Park. Police did not find the prowler.
8:23 p.m. A 911 caller on Dark Canyon Avenue, Umatilla, reported a restraining order violation.
Sunday, Feb. 25
2:20 a.m. A resident on Southeast Eighth Court, Irrigon, asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send a deputy because her child’s father was loud and causing a disturbance and locked himself in the bathroom.
4:14 a.m. A 911 caller on Grant Street in Umatilla reported a restraining order violation.
9:22 a.m. A caller reported a vehicle theft on North Golda Road, Hermiston.
6:02 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Culp Lane in Hermiston.
Monday, Feb. 26
7:24 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of someone trespassing at the Comfort Inn & Suites, Hermiston.
10:01 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that someone hit a resident’s mailbox on Hendergart Lane, Boardman.
12:34 p.m. A caller at the Dollar General store, Heppner, requested Morrow County sheriff’s deputies assist in retrieving store keys from an employee who had quit. Deputies retrieved the keys.
1:41 p.m. A caller reported a violation of a restraining order on East Harding Avenue, Stanfield.
2:01 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance at the Space Age Fuel Travel Center on Highway 207, Hermiston.
2:19 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of pivot wire on Highway 730 and West Eighth Road, Irrigon.
3:28 p.m. A caller at the Umatilla city shops reported the person he returned a stray dog to harassed him, thinking he still had the stray.
6:13 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a disturbance at the Main Street Market.
7:17 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at the Stanfield RV Park.
7:29 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a female on Wilson Lane, Boardman, was threatening physical violence to someone’s daughter.
8:03 p.m. A resident on Shoemake Road, Boardman, reported a break-in at his home and damage to a motor home.
8:05 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Willow Drive.
10:19 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Space Age Fuel Travel Center on Highway 207, Hermiston.
10:30 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on High Desert Loop.
Arrests, citations
Feb. 20
Hermiston police arrested Taera Lyn Harris, 27, for giving false information, failure to carry or present a driver’s license, felon in possession of a weapon and four counts of first-degree forgery and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Boardman police arrested Jazzmine Rose Rippy, 22, for vehicle theft and on two warrants for failure to appear.
Feb. 21
Oregon State Police arrested Eduardo Acosta, 40, for giving false information, identity theft, tampering with physical evidence and failure to carry or present a license.
Feb. 23
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michaela Kay Elward for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
Feb. 24
Umatilla police arrested Jose Manuel Alaniz, 41, for violating a stalking order.
Feb. 26
Hermiston police arrested Jesse Jay Focht, 30, for felon in possession of a weapon, menacing, violating parole and on a warrant.
