HERMISTON — The Pacific Northwest Veterans Alliance is accepting applications for its 2024-25 scholarship program.

The program is open to veterans or active duty service members living in Morrow, Umatilla or Union counties. In addition, dependent children, grandchildren or spouses of a veteran in those counties can apply. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on March 31.
